A New Employee
A New Employee
Several weeks after a young man had been hired, he was called into the personnel director's office."What is the meaning of this?" the director asked. "When you applied for the job, you told us you had five years' experience. Now we discover this is the first job you ever held."
"Well," the young man said. “in your advertisement you said you wanted somebody with imagination."

What is melamine?
Melamine is an organic base chemical most commonly found in the form of white crystals rich in nitrogen
Melamine is widely used in plastics, adhesives, countertops, dishware, whiteboards.
In China, where adulteration has occurred, water has been added to raw milk to increase its volume. As a result of this dilution the milk has a lower protein concentration. Companies using the milk for further production (e.g. of powdered infant formula) normally check the protein level through a test measuring nitrogen content. The addition of melamine increases the nitrogen content of the milk and therefore its apparent protein content.
Addition of melamine into food is not approved by the FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius (food standard commission), or by any national authorities.
While there are no direct human studies on the effect of melamine data from animal studies can be used to predict adverse health effects. Melamine alone causes bladder stones in animal tests. When combined with cyanuric acid, which may also be present in melamine powder, melamine can form crystals that can give rise to kidney stones.
These small crystals can also block the small tubes in the kidney potentially stopping the production of urine, causing kidney failure and, in some cases, death. Melamine has also been shown to have carcinogenic effects in animals in certain circumstances, but there is insufficient evidence to make a judgment on carcinogenic risk in humans.

Autumn Leaves
(by Eva Cassidy)
The autumn leaves of red and gold
I see your lips, the summer kisses
The sunburned hand I used to hold
Since you went away the days grow long
And soon I'll hear old winter's song
But I miss you most of all, my darling
When autumn leaves start to fall
I see your lips, the summer kisses
The sunburned hand I used to hold
Since you went away the days grow long
And soon I'll hear old winter's song
But I miss you most of all, my darling
When autumn leaves start to fall

No jaywalking
In big cities, like Guangzhou, there are more and more cars on the street. Most of people will obey the traffic rules. However, there is always exception. Some of people will choose to neglect the warning sign. One of opinions is " If I can cross without danger and without forcing car to slow down, then I cross. What is the point to wait??? " Let's imagine, if everyone think like that, what's the case? So, No jaywalking.Jaywalking is a term used to describe when a pedestrian crosses the street outside designated crossing areas. In common North American use, the term generally refers to someone crossing a major street outside a designated crosswalk or intersection in jurisdictions where this is illegal.

Fish follow the bait
I fell into the trap again. Maybe you had likewise experience, too. What happens is that you get a certain information, for example, answer some quesions by text messages stey by step, and you'll gain some ( e.g: call charges, QQ coins, etc. ). Reply once, it will charge you 2 yuan. At the beginning, it will offer quite easy questions. An example, ?+3=4, or ?*4=8. Easy enough and you will follow the bait and go on replying. However, when it is going on the 5th question maybe the trap is waiting for you. E.g: This question is: Find out the regular pattern and fill in the missing number ( 3, ?, 9, 17, 33 ). No doubt the answer is 5. Congrats. Then the following is: finding the missing number ( 7, 10, ?, 12, 11, 14 ). My answer is 9. It's right, I think. But it told you are wrong. So you can't get what you want. Gosh. A trick.
In a word, when you go after small gains you may suffer big loss.

A joke
Once there were three turtles. One day they decided to go on a picnic. Then they got there, they realized they had forgotten the soda. The
youngest turtle said he would go home and get it if they wouldn't eat the
sandwiches until he got back. A week went by, then a month, finally a year, when the two turtles said, "Oh, come on, let's eat the sandwiches." Suddenly the little turtle popped up from behind a rock and said, "If you do, I won't go!"

Rhythm of the Rain
Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain
Telling me just what a fool I've been
I wish that it would go and let me cry in vain
And let me be alone again

Rain, won't you tell her that I love her so
Please ask the sun to set her heart aglow
Rain in her heart and let the love we knew start to grow

Beautiful tulip!
Beautiful, isn't it? She's my favorite...She's like a coy girl. I am always curious about what's inside. Peel the petal one by one... what mystery is wating for me.
We associated tulips with Holland, as windmills. Tulips are a comfortable flower choice and one that expresses perfect love. Like many flowers, different colors of tulips also often carry their own significance. Every one has its charming. Taste carefully, maybe you will fall in love with her, too.

Story behind SEASONS IN THE SUN
It is said that this song is from a French chanson, which was finished by the famous composer Jacques Brel in 1961. Three years later, it was written in English named as Seasons in the Sun. Until 1873, Canadian singer Terry Jacks sang and made a hit in Canada and America.
It is a will. The author say goodbye to his lover, friends, papa, daughter who have ever share joy and sadness with him.
It is really an old story. Three persons, we call them A、B、C for the moment. In the countryside in the 1950s, they were classmates of a high school. A and C were good friends from the Childhood. B was a beautiful girl. It's easy to guess what happened in this kinda story. A and C fell in love with B at the same time. A was that kind of sunny, active, handsome boy. He was a jock, beloved by many young girls. He lived a happy and simple life. And the other way around, C was coy, withdrawn, good at drawing. He had been in loved with B for a long time before A & B were together. But nobody knew. It was be hidden deeply into his heart. After graduation, A joined the army, and C became a carpenter. One day after war, A came back to marry B, and then he was a cargo driver ... Of course A often went out for living. B ran the grocery store left by her grandma, so much need to be done. Naturally, C loaded the responsability of taking care of the mother and daughter. After a long time, it was just like what we imagined. A knew nothing about it because of his character, in addition to his love to wife, trust in friend. Until one snowy day, A went home on the half way, all came out in the wash. The whole things came to obvious ... Facing the betray, A was out of control and killed them. Deep into night, A gave himself up to police. Two months later, he was sentenced to first-degree murder. The death penalty would be done in early spring the next year. On the 3rd day before death, A wrote 3 passages, one for his best friend C, one for his father, the last for his four-year-old daughter. At the last minute of his life, he still regarded C as his best, believable friend.
